Refund Policy

At Shri Puja, we value your faith and trust. Our team ensures that every puja is performed with complete devotion and as per the Vedic rituals. However, since each puja involves arrangements, materials, and priest commitments, certain refund rules apply.

1. Puja Booking Confirmation

Once a puja is booked and payment is successfully made, the booking is considered confirmed. Our team immediately begins the process of allocating pandits, preparing samagri, and scheduling the puja as per your selected date and time.

2. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in specific cases such as:

  • The puja could not be conducted due to temple closure, priest unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Duplicate or accidental payments made by the user.

  • Technical payment failures during booking.

If the puja has already been performed or the preparations have started, no refund shall be issued in such cases.

3. Rescheduling Option

If your puja cannot be performed on the booked date due to unavoidable reasons, you may request to reschedule the puja to another available date instead of a refund. Shri Puja will make every possible effort to accommodate your new schedule.

4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method. You will be notified via email or message once the refund has been initiated.
